Our Story

"Fix the root cause of pain through a whole-body, muscle-based approach — so our patients can get back to doing what they love."

Dr. Brent Hirschi grew up in Seattle and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, TX. After running a successful practice in Arizona, he moved to Coeur d'Alene in 2013 to raise his family in the Idaho outdoors — and to open a chiropractic clinic built around a simple idea: muscles come first.

At Muscle Works, we don't just adjust your spine and send you home. We test hundreds of muscles to find which ones have stopped firing, then use Muscle Activation Technique, myofascial release, acupressure, and gentle Activator adjustments to bring your whole system back online. The result? Faster recovery, longer-lasting relief, and fewer visits over time.

Our Core Values

Muscles First

Your skeleton is held up by muscles. When muscles shut down, bones move out of place. We fix the muscles so the alignment holds.

Whole-Body Thinking

Pain in one area often starts somewhere else. We trace the chain of compensation to find the real source.

Graduate, Don't Depend

Our goal is to get you better — not to keep you coming back forever. Most patients see significant relief in 6–10 visits.
